Catalog and quote terms

Catalog pages show product direction for apparel buyers. Final cost, MOQ, sample fee, customization charge, packing method, and shipping lane are confirmed through manual review.

  • No production is released from static content alone.
  • A quote may change if fabric, trim, wash, size ratio, or packaging requirements change.
  • Bulk production depends on sample approval, deposit or payment terms, and material availability.

Samples and approvals

Development samplesUsed to review fit, fabric, construction, decoration, and buyer comments.
Pre-production samplesUsed to confirm final standard before cutting or bulk production release.
ApprovalsBuyer approval should be clear before the factory proceeds with larger quantity work.
TolerancesApparel production can include reasonable measurement, shade, and process tolerances.

Static boundary

These terms do not create checkout obligations, submit a purchase order, or connect to payment logic. They are storefront guidance until formal order contracts are connected.
