Wholesale returns are handled through documented factory review because samples, custom trims, private label work, and bulk production differ from retail returns.

Primary review: Sample approval and production records

Not retail: Bulk production is not treated as single-item ecommerce returns

Return and claim window

Inspect sample parcels and bulk production cartons as soon as they arrive. Claims should include order reference, style number, size/color breakdown, photos, carton labels, and the specific production issue.

Sample concerns should be raised before approving bulk production.
Bulk production claims are reviewed against approved samples, size specs, tolerances, and packing records.
Transit damage may require carrier documentation and carton photos before resolution.
