Shipping lanes

ApparelWin can prepare sample shipments by express parcel and bulk production shipments by air, sea, or nominated forwarder pickup. The final lane is selected after carton count, gross weight, delivery country, and target date are reviewed.

SamplesExpress parcel is usually used for fit samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and pre-production samples.
Small wholesale runsAir freight can support urgent boutique replenishment when MOQ and carton count stay manageable.
Bulk productionSea freight is reviewed for larger carton volumes, repeat programs, and less urgent launches.
Buyer forwarderFactory pickup can be arranged after production, carton marks, and export documents are ready.

Before dispatch

  • Confirm style, color, size ratio, carton count, gross weight, and packing list.
  • Complete factory review for labels, hangtags, polybags, and carton marks.
  • Confirm consignee details, tax id requirements, and shipping lane instructions.
  • Release shipment only after payment or agreed invoice terms are cleared.

What is not connected yet

This static policy does not calculate freight, book carriers, create labels, or store delivery preferences. Shipping data will connect later through the checkout and order workflow.
