Hot Foil Stamping

Hot Foil Stamping transfers thin aluminum foil onto fabric by heat press with controlled temperature, pressure and dwell time. It creates bright metallic silver finish. Base adhesive is printed first for foil bonding. Suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Avoid excessive heat to prevent foil cracking or peeling. Pre-production sample test is required to check washing fastness and surface stability.
