High Frequency Heat Transfer

High frequency welding uses high-frequency electromagnetic field to heat and fuse materials like TPU, PVC and synthetic leather under pressure. It embosses logos, patterns or bonds fabric layers seamlessly without thread. Strict control on time, pressure and power is required to avoid burning or blistering. Not applicable for natural fiber fabrics.
