What you can ask us to delete

• Messages and attachments you sent to our Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp business accounts.
• Your contact details, including name, email address, phone number, and company details.
• Enquiry notes, quotations, and sample or order records created from your enquiry.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Include the email address, phone number, Instagram username, or WhatsApp number that you used to contact us. Without this we may not be able to identify which records belong to you.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We check that the request comes from the person the information belongs to.
• We delete the information within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What we may need to keep

If you have placed an order with us, accounting and tax law may require us to keep a minimal record of that transaction. We will tell you exactly what was kept and why. Everything that is not covered by that requirement is deleted.

Data held by the messaging platform

This page covers information held by ApparelWin. The copy of the conversation stored in your own Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp account is controlled by Meta. Use the privacy settings in those apps to manage it.
