How to work with us

Hey guys，welcome to Apparelwin channel，I've already did some video about how to develop sample with us. But it seems that some of you still confused about the whole process of how fashion brands work with us. That is, how their design from ideas or drawings to garment. The process how you start your collection.

The first things of course is a kick off meeting, we can have a face to face meeting in the office. If you cannot have a face to face meeting for some kind of reasons, then we will have a video meeting, It is the same. To know about your brand, discuss your requirement and demand. And we Talk about schedule, price, and a number of things of your development. we basically plan out the whole thing.

After that you will have a quote for your development, first you have a quote of your sample fee. And after sample finish, you can get your exactly bulk quotation.

Okay, then we re gonna to make a sample base on your design, so the first step is to sourcing fabric for you. right that's what we're going out we're picking out all the different things working with our many vendors and then presenting you guys with options. We wanna do something “fashion”,you know, fabric choice is very important for garment finally. we wish this process can inspire designers to make their design perfect. You know we have a biggest fabric market here, less than xx kilogram near to our company, we will show you that big market also in the following video. Normally we can source every fabric you want, lots of color, lots of style and lots of choices. And same as trims. You have to know what your supply chain looks like, and so this is a way for us to give you that access when you walk away you're gonna know every single person that you were working with beyond us because of course you know in this industry especially in LA it's very fragmented smooth with lots of different vendors for lots of different portions of this

After that we will make a sample pattern, okay our pattern maker is going to build a professional digital patterns you have ever seen. it is very clear organized we build pattern cards in the digital. you own them which means that you never have to build them again if you're the type of brand that's gonna be you know like using similar styles. when your patterns are done we're gonna send them to you once there everything's approved. we'll send them to you, so you have those files. again, you'll have all information that you need.

And then the last piece of course is cutting and the sewing of the samples so that piece is really really exciting, it's actually putting all of the the pieces together and you know our team here is cross trained in many types of garments, there's really not a category that we don't do.

If hopefully to answer some of the questions that you had about the process. by the time we're done our second fitting. we should be ready to go into production and so we have a lot of brands right now. that are excited to get their stuff out for the holidays. So we're finishing up some really really awesome samples right now and we're diving right into production so that they have inventory for the holidays. if that's something that you're interested in. now's the time you can't wait any longer we're not gonna have time to get you product for the holidays if you don't start right now. and at this point it's going to need to be things that are in stock which is totally fine. because we got a lot of good fabric here so if you guys have any other questions or, if this was helpful please comment below.
