The entire garment is made using a 3-colour sesame dot process using imported Stoll machines to achieve this density and finish.
This process is very time consuming and only a dozen garments can be made on one machine per day.
The wool yarn is made from upw high grade worsted twin plied yarn.
The wool yarn needs to be dyed and it takes nearly 20 days to dye the yarn alone - Integral molding process
Each garment needs to be sewn together by a skilled senior hemmer before it leaves the factory
The garments are then sent to the shrink factory for washing.
