Eight Special Printing Methods

Here are 8 special printing methods:
Water based screen printing. The ink go inside the fabric, It doesn't create thick extra layers on the fabric. After printing, the fabric is still soft and can hardly felt. But the disadvantage is it can only employ in light color fabric. For black, dark blue, brown, cannot be made because dark colors are barely to print onto.
Discharged printing. Different to water based screen printing, discharged printing can employ in dark fabric and won’t create that thick extra layers. Texture of fabric still can be seen. Also, it create a vintage printing effect.
Thick plate printing. At first sight, you may take it as normal rubber based screen printing. But actually the pattern is a little bit protrude from the surface and the special point is the printing have it’s texture. E.g. twill.
Crack printing. E.g. fissure. This is very hip pop style. Good choice for streetwear and whose who like vintage looking. Very cool. Good quality, so don’t worry, It is not easy to fade away.
Glitter printing. It uses glitter slurry and can make into different color. Flocking printing. Some short fibers of rayon, cotton, wool or another natural or synthetic material are applied to an adhesive-coated surface. This adds a velvet or suede-like texture to the surface.
Brush printing. Just as its name, it’s kind like toothbrush. It is combined with normal printing to create its unique effect.
Silica printing. It can be used on legging or any other stretch fabric. The silica gel printer has the beneficial effects of simple structure, low energy consumption and simple technological flow.
Temperature sensitive printing.The temperature-sensitive clothes are meant along with variation of temperature, one type of clothes that the color of clothes also can respective change.The temperature-sensitive clothes can sense ambient temperature.
