How to Avoid mistakes when develop a new sample with your manufacturer？
If you want sample perfectly made according to your design, You have to let your manufacturers be clear about every
details of your design. How to avoid the mistakes that happened most frequently when start a sample?
First is about measurement. Lay clothes flatly to measure it. We can provide European or American size for you and start sampling after they approve the size chart we send.
Second is about designs. You’d better to provide us a referential or similar style photo. So we can have a better image of your design. Otherwise we can only imagine what it is alike. But you know, a tech pack is the best.
Third is about special stitching and craft. It’s better stress it to your manufacturer. There are many kinds of stitches and some of them only some specialized machines can do. And also, for clothing accessories, like customized zipper,button. Provide your manufacturer a photo, show them what you want would be better.
Fourth is about mistakes happen to embroidery and printing. If you wanna do embroidery and printing, a high resolution file of your pattern and the position is required.
